Good morning, Camarillo! Storm #2 is making its way through the region this morning; however, the track it’s chosen makes it more of an inside-slider, and the overland track is depriving it of what little moisture it already had to work with. The rainfall map shows zero rainfall overnight across Ventura County, with only diminishing chances this morning. Instead, we expect breezy conditions to develop later today as the surface pressure gradient tightens with cold air advection supporting. Conditions will be similar tomorrow, and I would not be surprised to see additional wind bulletins issued later today. Storm #3 is in the forecast for Wednesday-Thursday, this time with a much more favorable pattern for precipitation.
